New Beginnings

Here she is. A Surly Long Haul Trucker. 2009 Truckaccino Cream, if you want to know what color that is. Several commutes to work so far and I love it.

This is the beginning of a long love affair.

Awesome

After Bicycles, Beer and Coffee, the next most awesomest item on my list is Legos. I have fond memories of hours lost sifting through Legos for just the right piece. I had a Lego town assembled and set up on a huge board in my room for years. My mother will never let me forget the time I got upset at a toddler for knocking down one of the buildings (Sorry Trisha, I was 12.) It was the one activity my brother and I could engage in with nary a hateful word or kicking fight.

I can't wait for the kids to get old enough for Legos. My mom still has ours and the moment I am certain neither child will eat them, she will have to FedEx them to us. I plan to get down on the floor and play right along with them.

With that jaunt down memory lane concluded, I give you
